Parent Code of Conduct
Outlaws Parent Code of Conduct
The Outlaws AAA Hockey program values the support of family and friends. As role models, parents play a vital role in fostering a culture of sportsmanship, respect, and positivity. Your actions set the standard for our athletes—both on and off the ice.
As an Outlaws Parent, I will:
- Encourage and support all players—both Outlaws and opponents.
- Respect game officials—they may not be perfect, but their decisions are final.
- Support and trust the coaching staff.
- Use respectful language—no profanity or inappropriate remarks.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude at all times.
Handling Concerns:
There is a proper time and place to address grievances. Parents should not approach coaches or officials during a game or intermission. Concerns should be discussed appropriately with the Team Manager, Coach, or a member of the Outlaws Board.
Accountability:
Failure to uphold this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension from future games or practices, as determined by the appropriate governing bodies.
